If you never received your wristbands, you can head to the box office once you arrive at the festival and we will be able to provide a replacement for you! Please bring your order number from Front Gate Tickets along with your government-issued ID.
The box office will be located outside the Festival entrance on Columbus Drive between Balbo and Ida B Wells. Saturday May 27th and Sunday May 28th 11 AM - 9:30 PM. The Box Office will be 100% Cashless.
