Please visit the Box Office to pick up Will Call orders, for wristband assistance, or to upgrade tickets (if available), or to receive support for tickets purchased through the Ticketmaster Verified Ticket Exchange.
A government-issued ID is required to verify your order and pick up tickets.
The box office will be located outside the Festival entrance off of Ida B. Wells and Michigan Ave.
