Visit the Guest Services booth off Balbo Ave. past the venue entrance during festival hours or visit our Lost & Found services page to search for or to file a claim for an item. Sueños will not be held liable for any lost items.
AFTER THE FESTIVAL
Post-event lost & found will take place Monday, May 25th from 9 AM-12 PM at the Hilton Hotel lobby, 720 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60605.
Patrons should not call the hotel directly but instead check the website or come to the hotel and speak with someone from the festival.
